Account Manager / Inside Sales

Description: 

Account Manager/Inside Sales position responsible for managing and growing key accounts. This role will work in tandem with procurement, quality, and outside sales to achieve goals and provide a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities: 
  • Pro-active customer service
  • Develop / Grow / Maintain Accounts
  • Sourcing, Quoting, Order Processing
  • Inventory Control and Management
  • Cost Analysis to maximize profits
  • Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Shipping, and other departments
Requirements: 

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel is a MUST)
  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Organized and able to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Sales Experience Required - Fastener/Industrial Experience Preferred
